We collect your email address, image prompts, and transaction details when you place an order. We do not store your payment card information — all payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third‑party services necessary to operate our business (e.g., Replicate for image generation, Stripe/PayPal for payments). These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data.
We retain order records for up to 12 months for customer support and legal compliance. Generated images are stored for 30 days; after that, they may be removed so please store and keep your downloaded purchases in a safe place.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting admin@inventrender.com. You may also opt out of marketing emails.
We use industry‑standard encryption (HTTPS) and secure servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
